2. Our Services

Sprintorise provides Webflow development services as described on our website. We commit to delivering your website within the timeframe specified in your chosen Launch Kit, subject to our "10-day guarantee" where applicable.

3. Your Responsibilities

When working with us, you agree to:

• Provide all necessary content, assets, and feedback in a timely manner

• Ensure you have the proper rights to all materials provided to us

• Review and provide feedback within agreed timeframes

• Make full payment before we begin work on your project

4. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified

• Full payment is required upfront before we begin work on your project

• Work will start only after payment has been received and verified

5. Our 10-Day Guarantee

Our "10-day guarantee" means we will deliver your website within 10 business days from when we receive your complete design files and content, or we will continue working at no additional cost until completion. This guarantee is subject to:

• Timely communication and feedback from you

• No significant changes to the original scope of work

• Provision of all necessary content and assets as requested

6. Revisions and Changes

• Each Launch Kit includes a specific number of revision rounds

• Additional revisions beyond those included will be subject to additional fees

• Significant changes to the project scope may require a new quote

7. Intellectual Property

• You retain all rights to your content and materials

• We retain rights to our development methods and frameworks

• You receive rights to the final website as delivered

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sprintorise will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We may end our agreement if:

• You breach these Terms

• We both agree in writing to end it

• You don't provide the necessary design files or content within 30 days

Since payment is made in full upfront, we do not offer refunds if you decide to cancel the project after work has begun.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
